Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market very decent room The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~ Very reasonable price too

Solo experience hotel

Location is perfect so close to all the sites, market, train station and wonderful places to eat. Staff are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Love that it looks traditional from the outside but super modern and comfortable inside. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence

Mala experiencia.

Tuve un problema en la reserva, el desayuno estaba incluido pero al hotel no le aparecía, a pesar de ver mi reserva en la que si estaba incluido y los correos con hoteles.com tras el check in, en los que me decían que si estaba incluido, se lavaron la manos y no hicieron nada por ayudarme, me negaron el desayuno si no lo pagaba y tuve que desayunar todos los días fuera a pesar de tenerlo contratado y pagado. El colchón de la cama horrible, se undia y las almohadas super incomodas. Tras el check out me negaban una factura, diciendome que era hoteles.com quien me la tenía que dar, tras insistir la conseguí. En definitiva una mala experiencia, no me sentí cómodo en ningún momento, ni en el hotel ni con su personal, una lastima, no estuvieron a la altura de una ciudad maravillosa.

Awesome Florence home base

Great little hotel, reasonably priced, in the heart of Florence. Steps to the Mercato, Duomo and train station. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are stylish, modern and comfy. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Europe this trip.

Close to Florence attractions and train station

Easily walkable to all main attractions in Florence as well as the main train station. The staff is very nice, let us check in early to our room, gave us a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, and helped take our bags up to our room. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress brought us fresh coffee to our liking. There are a ton of restaurant and shopping options in the area.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Bütün tarihi alanlara yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çevresinde hediyelik eşya satan tezgahların bulunduğu küçük bir pazar ve bolca market restoran bulunmakta. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Soğutma sistemi düzgün ve iyi çalışıyordu.

Don’t miss this gem in the heart of Florence

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was phenomenal. Not only were they professional, kind, accommodating and super helpful but they are talented! One of the front desk staff is the artist who created the incredible paintings that adorn the hotel and Rachel (an aspiring bakery owner), the woman who runs breakfast, and another lady in the kitchen (also a baker who’s name I don’t remember) made all of the bread and pastries AND left a lovely gift of cookies and biscuits in our room! Breakfast was outstanding! The location could not have been more perfect, it’s an easy walk to every major site in town with tons of great restaurants a stones throw away. The only challenge we encountered was driving to the hotel. The town has permit restrictions and confusing streets if you’re not familiar, which we weren’t. The hotel website has easy to follow directions but we didn’t know because we booked through an outside source. IF you drive yourself into town definitely check the website for directions to save yourself the stress and confusion. They work with a nearby parking garage that collects your car, handles the permits and store the vehicle during your stay which made the process easy and convenient. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, what a wonderful experience. We will absolutely be back should we ever find ourselves back in Florence.
