The staff were welcoming from the front gate to the reception to Andy the concierge. The hotel was very clean as was the room and facilities. We go away a lot and this is the nicest hotel with the nicest staff we’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness was spot on and the hotel food is amazing. Special mention to Sid who works at the pub bar who goes out of his way to chat to guests and makes you feel very welcome promoting a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the prices of food and drinks. Hot tub worked well, clearly well maintained and keeps its temperature. Don’t hesitate to spend the money to stay here.

The stay was very good overall only one or two minor issues. The breakfast was a buffet style not something we are great fans of but it served all purposes although a bit chaotic. The Mizumi restaurant was excellent we enjoyed the food and ambience. My wife had two treatments in the Spa and she was full of praise for the quality.We would stay again
