Lovely hotel

Luxurious and modern hotel rooms. Washing machine was a lifesaver for us with our young kids dirtying their clothes everyday. Pool and kids play area were nice. Breakfast was disappointing. They could do with more variety. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned one day, but came back late to see nothing had been done. Location is a bit far from anything, but not a problem if you've rented a car. Highly recommend doing so.

A modern and excellent hotel

A modern, clean and excellent place to stay in Antalya. The rooms are spacious. We got two TVs in our room so kids could watch their own stuff on YouTube. The hotel itself has a lot to offer like a large swimming pool, bar, sauna, spa, pool table, kids area, free parking. Breakfast was good but I think it can be improved. Room is cleaned everyday, you just have to press a button and you return to a neat and tidy room. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain about the hotel. It is located at a calm and quiet place, a bit far from the center so perfect if you rent a car. We'll definitely staying here again..soon!

Service was poor!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, however it's 10-12 minutes drive to the city centre, so although it was a bit disappointing, it wasn't the end of the world. The hotel wanted to charge for the use of an iron, for drinking water, and as we are Muslim, there was a charge for the use of a prayer mat... (used a bath towel) Out of principle, we bought our own drinking water, and did not use any of the hotels chargeable options. We were there 3 nights and on night 2, there was no running water from about 11pm to 7am. This same morning just as they got the water running, we asked if we could come down for breakfast 10 or 15 minutes earlier as we had booked a tour guide and they were collecting us shortly after 8:30. Their breakfast open time was 8:30am. Keep in mind they have to cook all the hot food and have it ready to go for 8:30 it was no big deal, but the hotel manager said no. If we wanted to have an early breakfast we had to book room service (we only wanted a bit of toast and tea) and the charge for the room service was 20 Euros per person. We argued and they said they would allow us only coffee or tea. We all went down to breakfast and there were 2 members of staff stood watch and told use we were NOT allowed to have any food already layed out other than the agreed tea. We ignored them, had breakfast and this was the end of our relationship with the staff. They were unfriendly and couldn't wait for us to leave, and the feeling was mutual.

Big and good apartments. Comfortable bed. Helpfull and kind staff. Long distance to many things car needed. Grossery nearby. Spa ok but steam room needs renovation.

My first impression was not that good as I arrived late and there was nothing nearby , but the staff was very friendly and helpful, Hakan was in the reception he helped us with the super market and ordered us food, the overall staff is very helpful with everything and make your stay amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this place as it’s very nice and peaceful. Also not far away from the airport and the city or anywhere you want to go .

Nice overnight in spacious room with a surprise.

Well, upon arrival, we thought the place looked beautiful and luxurious, but did find it a bit odd that it was in the middle of neighborhoods as a resort. Our check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful and kind. After checking into our room, we explored the property a little bit and enjoyed a dip in the pool and played some ping-pong. We ordered some food and decided to go ahead and eat in the room. We ordered a combination of room service, which is a little expensive but not too much and ordering some food in from outside. Then we decided to use the jacuzzi tub in the room. Unfortunately after about half an hour of use, while draining it, all the water went onto the floor instead of down the pipe resulting in our room flooding! Once again they were very accommodating and more worried about our items being damaged they were about the room being damaged, which was thoughtful. They took quick action and started vacuuming up the water and getting us a new accommodation. . This does lead, however, to my only real criticism of this hotel. Everything looks very glamorous on the outside, but has major design flaws and lack of follow through with execution of construction. Full kitchen but not one piece of dishware or silverware. There’s not one pot or pan to cook on a full stove. Final thoughts include the shower is very nice, the beds comfortable and the room extremely spacious for Turkey. Also in the morning breakfast was delicious.

Bad service without towel in swimming pool. My package include breakfast and dinner but cannot change to lunch. Room juccuzi is so dirty. Even no bottles of water provided at room.

Beautiful Hotel in a not so beautiful location

Beautiful Hotel, just newly opened and all the furnishings are beautiful, hotel is located in a very quite area, easy to access pool loungers etc. Area around hotel is at the beginning stage of development and is bleak and semi derelict when you look out from your balcony but the hotel itself is superb. It is close to 9km from the old town centre where all the restaurants and shops are, so its a €10 taxi ride approx either way so factor that into your consideration . Not near a beach but it has a lovely pool to relax by. If you want to relax by the pool every day then this hotel is perfect for you, if you want to walk and explore the town maybe consider a hotel nearer town centre. It does reach over 40 degree heat in the summertime but there is a lovely breeze.
