The room was great other than the water pressure. However, the staff needs improvement; especially one of the kitchen staff. I was sitting in the lobby and I guess the front desk guy and kitchen guy didn't realize I was sitting there when I observed the rudeness and racial comments coming out of the kitchen guy's mouth. They need to be mindful of the guests in the lobby before the small talk cussing loudly and making racial comments about that "cracker a$$ mother f'er" when all he asked for was a coffee cup. Instead of telling the guest we are out of cups he is condescending to the guest asking the guest if he sees any cups. When the guest said no, he tells the guest "then, we ain't got any". He acted the same way when i asked for the waffle mix. He said " can't you see tge waffle maker is turned around?" I told him it wasn't turned around so then he walked over and turned it around. There's no reason to be rude to the guests just because the kitchen is short on supplies. I would expect better from Hilton. This same behavior went on for 3 days by the same kitchen guy to other guests asking for various items that appeared to be out of stock like no oatmeal, no waffle mix, no milk, but put out dry cereal, no yogurt, no juice. Breakfast selection really could have been better, but was better than nothing at all. There are much better places to stay if you don't mind a little drive.
