Nice hotel. According to the staff - only open a year ago. We arrived at 6am and a member of staff let us in and checked into the room (the room was booked from the day before and we prewarned them about our schedule). Generally staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was at one of cafes next door, but one cafes was not open till VERY late and the other provided a limited service. We hope the hotel will organise their own breakfast facility, as otherwise we liked the hotel, and they do have space for that.

It’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Israel. The personal is very friendly and helpful, room’s decoration and furniture is of 5* star hotel. Coffee and snacks in the lobby are outstanding. The patio is lovely and cozy and worth special mentioning.

Really beautiful but compact for short stay.

We stayed here for the night before our early flight out of Ben Gourion. The hotel is gorgeous. So beautiful and elegantly decorated, lovely courtyard where we had drinks and nibbles. The location right in the mall was brilliant. The room itself is very small but we didn’t need to unpack and it served our purpose well. Great restaurants and convenience stores right nearby.

Very helpful and nice staff. We had booked breakfast but this is only served at outside restaurants so not at hotel and at the earliest at 8. Unfortunately we could therefore only have breakfast once. The hotel is therefore not suited for businesses i would say

This property is absolutely stunning! It smells wonderful, the service is wonderful, it is beautiful and elegant, clean, and spacious. This property is an exquisite treat. To be honest, it was unexpected, as the area around it isn’t particularly nice. Don’t be alarmed when driving to the property. You park in the back and have to request a gate code. If you drive without a driver, you must call the property to have the gate opened. Enjoy! It took us just 15 minutes to drive to the airport the next morning.
