朝食が無くて、驚きました。温泉を楽しみにしていましたが、人気が高く入れませんでした。

充分でした

４人部屋に布団を追加してもらって５人で利用しました。「狭くなるよ」とのことでしたが、和室に３組敷いてあっても荷物が置けました。カーテンを開けると富士山の先端を眺めることもでき、いい気分で過ごせました。息子の結婚式の前日泊用には充分でした。

お風呂とカードキー

基本的には快適に過ごせましたが、４人での宿泊でもルームキーが１つだったのが不便でした。宿泊者の数だけキーがあると助かります。また、浴室では、サウナが稼働せず、奥の方にあった（使用停止中の）ジャグジー周りの清掃がされておらず、という点で、残念でした。

事故渋滞で到着が大幅に遅れ途中で連絡を入れさせて頂きました。その時の対応も到着してからの対応も素晴らしく疲れが飛びました。利用中も快適に過ごす事ができて大変に満足です。

1時間早い目に到着しましたが、フロントの方が気持ち良く対応して頂き、大いに助かりました。 自販機の飲料価格は、極安でコンビニで買って来る必要は皆無です。温泉もそれなりに良かったです。次回はゴルフでお世話になります！
