Não gostamos do atendimento. Ficamos em prédio anexo ao hotel, sem recepcionista na portaria e as pessoas recebiam uma chave para entrar na prédio. A recepcionista do hotel principal mentiu dizendo que nos dias seguintes teria uma pessoa na recepção e não foi o que aconteceu. O quarto não tinha frigobar e o telefone para falar com a portaria do hotel principal não funcionava.

Porém no anexo que ficamos hospedados, não havia recepção, frigobar, Tv, o telefone, nem ramal também não funcionava. As refeições e café da manhã eram servidos no hotel da rede ao lado do nosso anexo. Isso gerou um pouco de insegurança e desconforto.
