This is a five stars hotel, stay there for four nights. The washroom don’t even provide body lotion for guest. There is only one Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner at the hotel. My parent had a good time at the hotel - it is convenient and conformable. The service is good. Only with a little issue - my parents are had buffet breakfast with the package included with the hotel. They shared it is very complicated the staff keep checking their room number. My parents don’t speak good English and so they were so frustrated.

Absolutely superb hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. The team consistently offered great recommendations for local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, which made exploring Bangkok even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls, and directly connected to the BKK Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport so convenient. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be recommending it to everyone we know. In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Bangkok!
