Thanks to Sofia for upgrading our room! We got a more spacious apartment with a private jacuzzi (the water was warm). The apartment has everything you need: cooking utensils, towels, a hairdryer, and a large TV with YouTube. Seven cute cats live outside, one of whom is very affectionate and always sat on our window. The location is very convenient: a large Lidl store is a 40-minute walk away, and Fira is a 25-minute walk away. You can walk to Fira every evening and watch the sunsets; they are incredible.

The host Sofia was so warm and kind. She offered our children a complimentary breakfast (pancakes) their favorite and delicious fruits. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The only issue was getting use to figuring out how to close the door, requiring a little skill.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at black rock villas. It’s in the center or “heart of Santorini” so it’s close to everything. Our host Sofia and her team are excellent and made us feel safe and at home. It’s very private, clean, and the villas are very beautiful. Highly recommended!!!!

We loved our stay at Black Rock Villas! Santorini was our first stop on our trip, and our host helped make us feel more than welcome! This location is about a 20 minute walk from the bustling downtown of Fira, with some great coffee shops, markets, and restaurants on the way. Housekeeping went above and beyond our expectations! Would absolutely stay here again

Our villa was super cute and super clean. The value was awesome. We had a great time. There was great restaurants and bakeries nearby within a 15 minute walk distance. There was also little shops or daily necessities, within a 5 minute walk. The communication was great. I would highly recommend this place we rented a car, which was so fun to venture out into all the different tourist sites in Santorini island.

Very small, sketchy area, narrow walkway w/ steps

I am requesting a refund because we did not get what was advertised. Our booking specifically said 4 beds. When we arrived there were 2 beds and a twin love seat in the kitchen area. The place was small, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom and the jacuzzi was cold..not usable. The bedrooms were clean. This would be a good place for college kids in the summer but our family needed 4 beds and we got 3.

Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. Whoever goes, please could you continue to feed Chanel and Junior the two most loving and adorable cats .. 😍😻

This is really a nice hotel suite with kitchen and washing machine. The hotel suite was very clean, modernly furnished, and has a hot tub outside. The kitchen was nice as we cooked breakfast and ate a meal. We loved the washing machine as we used it to wash all of our clothes. The best part of the hotel suite is the staff. The cleaning staff brought freshly made pie on our first day, the pie was hot too. The property manager was very helpful, recommended restaurants, places to visit, car rental, etc. The maintenance person was very nice as well. The hotel is located in the center of the island. So it is very easy to go to other towns on the island. Car is recommended since you have to walk to Thera to take bus to go to other towns on the island.

피라와 거리가 조금 있어서 도보로 다니기에는 힘들지만 차를 렌트했다면 주차하기도 좋고 조용하게 지내기 좋아요.주위에 마트나 식당이 없어서 피라에서 사와야됩니다. 도착한 다음날 아침 예기치않은 아침식사를 선물해줘서 고마웠습니다.
