The good: multicultural area, close to Gare du Nord and a fabulous food market. The bad: staff had real attitude and we were friends travelling together and had confirmed several times for a twin room to get a double on arrival at 5pm. Hotel is very nice and very clean , the Staff are so kind and so helpful I felt iam in my second home . Very beautiful place to stay very quiet and very safe . Todo muy bien en general, el personal es muy amable, solo las almohadas no tan cómodas y al desayuno està rico pero no le varían nada, después del segundo día ya aburre. Céntrico llegas a la estación de metro como a 3 cuadras. La calle no está nice, pero pues no nos pasó nada, todo bien.

Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel which is why I’ve given 5 stars but the attribute that stood out to me the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were lovely, approachable, accommodating and made us feel welcome and safe. Too add it’s only a 5 min walk away from Gare du Nord station (where we got off the Eurostar) and 5 min walk from Gare de L’est (which takes you easily to most places around the city centre). I will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family :)
