Great location. Very close to so many places in Arles including Van Gogh sites, restaurants and charming shops. Love the stone walls and redone bathroom. Very helpful ladies at the desk. I took lots of transit to the Camargue and Saint-Marie-de-la Mer and they were very patient with my lack of knowledge about the buses and helped me figure everything out. Highly recommend.

Difficult parking but the hotel did have two spaces $20 per might in a garage around the corner.The rooms where clean except the floor. Plenty of restaurant's near by .Nice walkable areas. Friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is well located, in walking distance from shopping and restaurants. There is always 2 staff there and that efficienlty take care of everything including check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was great. You can't really drive up to the property as it's located in a pedestrian zone. The closest secure parking is about a 10min walk.

Said they had parking but when I got there there was none available so I had to park outside gates. Very surprising but my backpack was stolen the next day out of my car. Mattress in room 2 needs to be redone. There was only 1 towel and no shampoo or any toiletry items. Breakfast was great, room was nice and staff were very nice

Great location, in the heart of Arles (2 mins away from the amphitheater). Hotel is inside the city walls, so hard to drive in. We parked at a public parking 11 minutes walk away from the hotel. Unit was pretty nice, although very small and with very little space. Second bedroom was on a second floor where AC was located for the entire unit. Overall, had a great experience.

It's impossible to drive into center of town to drop off luggage. The instructions were not clear and google maps are completely wrong. It takes a lot of patience, but once in, the place is fantastic.
