Don't stay here. Especially if you are not fluent in Spanish. There was very little communication about how the resort worked and the restaurant service was abysmal. For dinner one night, my server rang in my order and disappeared. I heard the food bell ring many times so I just picked up the food myself. A guest grabbing their own food from the kitchen? Awful! Plus, the next morning, I ordered breakfast & coffee and they forgot my coffee. I did not have an offer of a daily cleaning on my room. Nobody told me anything about what was offered in the nearby area. I didn't know the hours of the restaurant or when the large front gate closed (some others got locked out of the resort). Also, there were a ton of tiny little bugs in the shower. They looked like ants but smaller. And all were crawling up to the ceiling. Would not recommend this place - absolutely awful service.
