Room was spacious, clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. The sink would not drain when we first entered but was quickly fixed. feeling well so I asked if we could stay in the room longer as our flight was later in the day. But got only an hour extension.

Great location, close to promenade, walking distance to Valletta ferry, heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was functional, including fridge which was actually cold - so hard to get in a hotel room! Breakfast was basic but plentiful, staff friendly. Parking nearby is an issue (the hotel shares a carpark with a sister hotel, but it was full, so we had to take our chances on the street. Wi-fi in room was good. Recommended.

The hotel has only recently been refurbished so everything is new. All I hope is that they maintain the new fittings as it looks great now. Breakfast was good and plentiful so no complaints there. Location is great, right next to Ponsonby bus stop which is served by the TD13 airport bus. No need for expensive transfers as it is €3 each and as quick as a taxi. Overall a great stay, would happily go back.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Loads of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, beautiful harbour view from some rooms, and very close to many buses and ferries to Valletta. The hotel is new, and has great amenities, particularly great shower and is very clean. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. I stayed nearly 2 weeks there and felt like some of them were old friends by the time i left. Particular mentions go to Naran who cleaned my room so well, to Niko on reception, always smiling and helpful, and Patricia the manager who not only sorted out a small problem with my initial room which was caused by a lack of clear description of the room by Expedia, but she also remembered it was my birthday mid stay, and even had a happy birthday balloon on my bed when i returned in the evening. Such a lovely touch. Thanks to all there. Top marks to everyone.

The hotel is centrally located in relation to bus connections to the rest of the island and from our room for the 13th floor. Was a beautiful view over the bay. The ventilation system in the bathroom and room needed to be cleaned, the room and bathroom had a bad smell. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and it looked fresh if you ate kl. 7.30 but often when we came kl. 9.30 the food was bland, dried out and half cold. When we arrived the toilet board was cracked, this was quickly changed.

Lovely modern room and shower. Spotlessly clean and refreshed every morning. Spacious, fridge, safe, tea and coffee. Breakfast plentiful. Staff helpful and courteous. Warning hotel has no bar but rows of bars and restaurants within walking/stumbling distance.

On the 13th floor w spectacular view of the marina from a large patio. The room was very clean and bed quite comfortable. The pool and loungers on the 14th floor was beautiful with the kindest bartender and great view. Location is perfect for transit access- ferry, bus and Bolt (their Uber). The staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was good. Tip: the convenience store across the street with stock you up with anything you need. Get yourself bottled water as the hotel does not sell it aside from at the pool deck. I really enjoyed my 5 night stay and would recommend it to anyone.
