Clean and budget-friendly basic hotel with excellent location: There’s a metro station right next to the hotel with access to all over the city. Walking distance from Central station, where the busses from Bergamo AirPort arrive. The breakfast was good, and the room itself was clean and with air-conditioning, which was very important during summer. The staff was nice and professional.

I wasn't expecting a 5 star accommodation for that price but at least some basic amenities but was very disappointed. Didn't give me any toiletries,customer service is a joke,pillows covers were dirty with yellow marks and very noisy had trouble sleeping.
