The hotel decor is adorable, very friendly staff, and everything was extremely clean. Pool area and outdoor sitting areas were absolutely perfect. So comfortable and a very relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is located right by the beach. The towel (pick up from the pool), beach chair and umbrella are provided for visiting the beach was very nice feature that the hotel provides. The pools were great but wish that they could maintain cool water temperature, pool water was too warm, close to the temperature of the hot tub.

Great stay. Perfect room. Only thing wish there was more space for clothes and our outlets didn’t work/barely had outlets. The fridge was on and off working but maintenance was attentive if we called. But otherwise everything was amazing ESP the staff who does valet and the shuttles. They really make you feel at home and warm. They’re so great. The pool as awesome and always so clean. The fire pits were so amazing at night. The beach and the staff helping down there great. loved our stay.

From the moment we got to the resort the staff was friendly and happy to have you as a guest. The resort had wonderful amenities from valet service, all the way to taking your chairs/umbrella out on the beach. You are right in the beach, just steps away. At 9am the pool opens, music starts, and its a wonderful experience. The pool is heated and the hot tub is perfect to warm up in after the beach. Overall our weekend was wonderful here at the Madisom Resort, we plan to make a other trip!

Location is not hectic. The beach was fun, not overcrowded and the chairs and umbrella provided was a nice extra. Rooms and property was very clean. Pool was a bit crowded and noisy, and the music was louder than necessary. The elevator was very small, hot and slow. Use the stairs if you can. Overall, a very pleasant stay and recommend giving it a try.

Absolutely wonderful, the front desk manager Iona was so fun and accommodating, had early check in. Pool was amazing with live music and hot tub. We have stayed a quite a few hotels in and around wildwood and this was by far, leaps and bounds above the others. They have a shuttle van that will take you where you need, it runs every 15 minutes. Shuttle Jack was awesome and fast. Love love love Madison, our bew goto at wildwood crest!!! See you again very soon.
