I went to the front desk and asked for a different room and I was told all the rooms were like that. $240 a night and I kept being awakened by the the noise during the night. The one thing a hotel should guarantee is a good nights sleep. I checked out of the hotel a day early and lost my money.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Quiet, clean, and hospitable staff. Quick laundry service, great spa and pool, but very pricey restaurant. It's a decent walk to the old city, but we appreciated the lack of tourist traffic in the area.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and spa area. The pool was also shut down during our stay and we were unable to use it. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was to use the pool and spa, so this tainted our experience. The restaurant, Saffron, is amazing, both in terms of food and staff. Some of our best eats in Bukhara were here and would highly recommend.
