We had reserved an executive suite for three people, but due to a mistake on the hotel’s side, the room was double-booked, and we ended up staying in three separate rooms.
Compared to the room we originally booked, the rooms we were given did not have a microwave, an electric kettle, or a sink, which made our stay quite inconvenient. It was disappointing that there was no partial refund or other compensation, even though the room standard was clearly downgraded.
