Great location and value

Perfect location to visit local hospital and medical facilities. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but a little outdated. Check in was easy and friendly. Great value.

unfinished repairs/ only 1 towel for 2 people/ limited entrance to property/ very old carpet/ holes in walls repaired with duct take/ tile in bathroom restricted door from opening/ no shelves in refrigerator/ curtain off of some hangers/toiles handle very loose/ hole in door near bathroom area filled with tape/ blue tape holding electrical plug near bath sink/ shower looks like was painted over/ stuff on walls in bathroom behind door/ toilet seat very warn- really needs to be refurbished

I expected a sub par place for the price, but I specifically called and asked if there were sit down restaurants close by (walking distance) because I’d been driving for ten hours. He said yes, and then when we got here said they are a ten minute drive

I can deal with the old building and the outdated fixtures and whatnot, that what I expect when a place is crazy cheap. But the place just reeked of old cigarettes. That's too much even for a low maintenance person like me.

Although the room was clean and the guy at the front desk was helpful, the building itself was in very poor condition. The exterior was dilapidated, dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Still it was quiet and I had a good sleep. But I could not recommend this hotel.

I've been an on going customer but we were stuck with the last room and the air conditioner was out of order.it was super hot all night long.we had no choice but to deal with it . Staff was really kind and as helpful as they could be.

I did like the staff and the convenience and low price. The broken down shape and condition of everything did not keep me from getting sleep which is what I was there for. It suited my purposes and I hope in time the maintenance and working order of the rooms will get better and the condition of everything will improve. If I visit that area again I will look for the improvements.

The carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty. The sheets had multiple cigarette burns in them and ceiling was damaged and looked like it would fall in. I should have been prepared when the first thing I saw was a note hanging at the check in counter saying if you don't speak to the front counter within 15 minutes that you don’t like the room there will be no refund. I strongly recommend that no one stay at this hotel.

Vile, Disgusting

This was the most disgusting and vile hotel room that we have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The floors were crumbling and falling apart. The room REEKED like a mix of dirt and cigarettes. The walls had stains and brown spots everywhere. Half of the outlets did not work. THERE WERE BUGS, BABY ROACHES AND ROACH FECES ALL OVER THE WALL. We did not even want to sleep in this room, but this establishment does not give you a refund unless you let them know within 15 minutes of check in. We slept with all of the lights on and did not even use the bathroom because of how disgusting it was. Every time you would turn the lights on you would just see bugs scattering.
