房間內的空調不涼並且會滴水，跟大廳的空調一樣（入住時可往上看一下大廳天花板避免被水滴到），客房清潔也許是人手不足不清楚，櫃檯人員也並未說明，垃圾不會每天收，浴巾不會每天換，浴巾要去跟櫃檯人員要新的，但住宿地理位置方便，下樓右轉就有開到10點的超市，下次再去大阪會換別間旅館了，謝謝～

Loved this place! The staff was friendly, their complimentary breakfast was simple but delicious. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable bed, the AC worked wonderfully and kept the room comfortable. The metro entrance was just a few blocks away but an easy walk. Hôtel convenable et bien placé pour visiter Osaka

Hôtel convenable, l'hôtel est à deux pas du métro yodoyabashi pour se rendre partout en ville (Dotonbori, USJ, expo universelle ..) et d'une supérette pour faire des courses. Un peu déçu que l'hôtel ne propose pas de service de transfert de bagage entre hôtels. La personne a l'accueil m'a annoncé cela froidement et ça ajouté un peu de stress à mon séjour.
