Highly recommend this excellent hotel

From check in to check out our stay could not have been better. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was sufficient and had a huge array of food. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. There is a gym and laundry. We had a couple of requests and they were dealt with in minutes. The GM was friendly and he and the staff did an excellent job of making us feel at home.

From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival to the tastefully decorated rooms and impressive free breakfast, this hotel exceeded my expectations in buckets! The attention to detail is 5 star. Nice to see management clearly engaged in day to day operations and keeping standards very high. This hotel will be my choice for future stays in Terracw.
