Great, beautiful hotel. Courteous and pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is located directly next to Liseberg amusement park and is within walking distance you pretty much all of the shopping and restaurants you could want. Public transportation is just a few steps away as well

Very cosy and nice place to stay with family if you have a plan to visti Liseberg park, Universeum and Volvo museum. Perfect place with kids. Tasty breakfast. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Can by a little bit crowded on the Christmas holiday. One big minus is car parking, its to expensive car park around the hotel. I recommend to park car on the street, it’s much cheaper than in hotel parking or other parking garages around the place.

Beautiful hotel with a nice theme! Kind of "old luxury" theme. Nice and big room, very comfy beds, clean, friendly staff, beautiful and cool interior and decorations. And of course just by the entrance of Liseberg theme park. Perfect hotel for both families with kids but also for a group of friends (as we were). The breakfast was also great with a big variety. The only thing I'd complain about is that when we've booked a big room with 5 beds, there should also be 5 glasses and 5 coffee mugs, 5 pouches of hot chocolate,  coffe etc. Not just 2 of each. But all in all very happy with the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nem indtjekning, dejligt værelse, hvor ingen stæj fra gangen kunne høres. Virkelig lækker morgenmad, dog skriver de først ved morgenmadsbuffeten at man kun må sidde der 40 minutter hvilket er urimeligt efter vores mening. Derfor ikke 5 stjerner

Vi hade två fantastiska nätter hos er, både barn och vuxna va supernöjda med allt. Frukosten och maten va toppen med många olika alternativ. Barnen hade hela tiden något att göra, åka rutchkana, leka i lekrummen eller kolla lite på bion.

Flott sted om du har barn i barnehage alder. Rom var praktiske og fine. Mat helt OK men overrasket over at det ikke var flere matstasjoner åpne. Om du har mulighet, spis mye bedre og billigere utenfor hotellet. Hotellet er veldig stort så med mange barn var dette helt kaotisk og ikke noe for oss som hadde med en jente på 9 år. Flott beliggenhet med lett tilgang til byen vha trikk. Mange muligheter for opplevelser i området. Personalet er veldig preget av studenter og hadde trengt ett smilekurs. Leit å oppleve at du er i veien som gjest.
