Great, beautiful hotel. Courteous and pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is located directly next to Liseberg amusement park and is within walking distance you pretty much all of the shopping and restaurants you could want. Public transportation is just a few steps away as well

Very cosy and nice place to stay with family if you have a plan to visti Liseberg park, Universeum and Volvo museum. Perfect place with kids. Tasty breakfast. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Can by a little bit crowded on the Christmas holiday. One big minus is car parking, its to expensive car park around the hotel. I recommend to park car on the street, it’s much cheaper than in hotel parking or other parking garages around the place.

Beautiful hotel with a nice theme! Kind of "old luxury" theme. Nice and big room, very comfy beds, clean, friendly staff, beautiful and cool interior and decorations. And of course just by the entrance of Liseberg theme park. Perfect hotel for both families with kids but also for a group of friends (as we were). The breakfast was also great with a big variety. The only thing I'd complain about is that when we've booked a big room with 5 beds, there should also be 5 glasses and 5 coffee mugs, 5 pouches of hot chocolate,  coffe etc. Not just 2 of each. But all in all very happy with the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Det började med väldigt lång kö till incheckningen. Bra bemötande när det äntligen blev din tur. Rummet var helt fantastiskt fint och stort. Härliga sängar, dock mindre bra att det inte fanns så bra ställen att packa upp och hänga kläder. Toaletten var rejält tilltagen och fräsch. Frukosten var hysterisk, men hur mycket folk som helst och logistiken var inte helt enkel. Det smakade bra, men såg helt enkelt inte allt vad som fanns. Säkert ett kul hotell om du har barn med dej, men känns inte som ett ställe om du vill ha en skön avkopplande övernattning och ta en kaffe i foajén. Baren högst upp var kanske lite mer lugn, så där var helt ok.
