Yes, the internet met my expectations. Pretty good overall. Room cleaning standard was excellent. Staff was excellent. Very courteous and professional. Breakdast was decent. Looks like a lot of effort was extended into making my stay pleasant.

In middle of renovations. Looks like it’s on the right track. There was hair under the bedsheets. AC sounded like the condenser was in the room and extremely loud. Note I like some white noise but it sounded like a tractor was in the room! Doors wouldn’t close because they’re falling apart.

Optei pelo suite com o quarto privado com porta e um sofá cama na sala, espaço muito bom recomendo. Não tive problemas, possui geladeira, um bom banheiro e camas confortáveis. No check-in é solicitado um depósito calção, porém após o check out foi feito o estorno.

Quartos estão reformados, mas faltando alguns itens como pendurador de toalha, utensílios básicos na cozinha (só tinha copos descartáveis para água e café), suporte para malas. Os quartos não tem mais fogão, o que para mim fez muita falta com crianças. Já fiquei outras vezes, mas não sei se retorno devido a estes pontos.

A great bang for the buck. They are undergoing a major renovation. Our room was clean and updated. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely return. I could not get breakfast as they were late starting. Thought 7:30 to start breakfast was a little late.

The hotel is currently going through some changes improving every part of it. This is the only reason I can’t give it an excellent rating but I’m sure when they are finished I would be able to. They have clearly done up the reception, breakfast area and dining area which looks high class, bright and airy, with lovely high ceilings. The room we stay still had to be updated so there was a few issues with it but not anything that would have been an issue, I did book a king size bedroom but when I arrived they didn’t have one available, this was disappointing and in my view if I had book a certain room that’s the room I expect. We were given a double queen instead with was comfortable and the extra lounge area and kitchen was nice. Some utilities like knifes, fork and spoons would have been nice. I can’t rate eco friendly as great as everything was plastic and non recycle plates and they didn’t seem to separate anything that could be recycled. The swimming pool is very clean and tidy, gets the sun until the late afternoon. Overall it was a pleasant few days and I’m sure when all the work is finished it will be an amazing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating allowing us a late check out and holding our bags until we left for a late flight.

Ficamos no primeiro andar, estava em reforma o que ja nao é nada agradavel. Sistema de ventilacao nao higienizado, dava pra sentir quando respiravamos. O pior: nao tinha agua quente e o funcioario disse que nao tinba o que fazer, pois prexisava esperar a agua circular da caldeira que ficava no quarto andar, ou seja, banho frio com duas criancas e uma idosa nao da!
