La comida muy rica aunque no con mucha variedad. El hotel es chico pero muy bien distribuido con actividades para adultos más no para jóvenes o niños. Las albercas muy bien y muy amplias. El servicio de los meseros pienso puede ser un poco más amable.

The property was extremely clean. I absolutely loved it. The only thing was the food was very mid. Loved the breakfast but lunch & dinner some nights was very bland and not tasty. I had to seek food outside of the resort which negates the point of an all inclusive.. other than that the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I would still recommend this place and potentially come back.

I have mixed emotions about this place. Good: clean rooms, nice employees, good location. Bad: mediocre food and drinks, waited 1.5 hour for room (which should be ready by 3:00), not enough places for people who smoke, many people who work in service do not or speak little English, some disorganization.

The room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from the check in time to our last day at the restaurant good not be better. They made sure to attend to all your needs. We didn't need to ask , just look. The staff works 6 days per week and if you stay long enough, they get to know you and what you like it. I can't remember all their names and still would like to take them all for the great service. Here are some names to remember ...Bianca, Juan, Javier, Martin, Soledad, and many others at the restaurant whose faces are not forgotten. You should expect to eat Mexican style good food. The hotel has some specific dinner different night menus such as Asian and so on. Luna's menu changes everyday and reservations are required. You should be able to make reservations at early morning and then back to sleep. 😀 The facility location is perfect. There are restaurants and a supermarket at a walking distance . The supermarked has pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop , bistro, and you can find anything you can think about including a wash machine and motorcycle. Many different shops at walking distance and downtown is few minutes away by car. We paid Uber between 75 to 85 pesos depending on the time of the day. If you are looking for luxury try Casa Azul, beautiful hotel with a tag. I would totally stay here again. We really enjoyed our time.

Customer service/ was not great when ordering drinks from male bartender at main pool kids area Customer service was excellent at adult swimming pool and housekeeping. Customer service was excellent in buffet servers. I definitely gave the staff tips.

First and foremost the pictures shared on websites are not the same as place looks great in the websites which is not the case when you arrive. Rooms are very small and do not include a mini coffee maker as in the websites. Coffee is not available unless you get from buffet but you can not take to your room. The property only has 2 places to eat, one being the buffet which is horrible as it could offer better choices of food also the staff walk circles around each other while the others chit chat in corners. It takes forever to get anything from them and most of the time they forget to go back to you. The other place to eat requires reservations which there is a limit if 20 reservation's per night. Ridiculous number for a resort, poor management. Let’s not forget that the buffet converts into a deli/snack bar at night however there is nothing about it that makes it a deli/snack bar as it is simply a few things that were left overs from the buffet. The staff in the lobby is useless they treat you as if they are doing you a favor by checking you in or out and tell you nothing about the place. Gift shop is nearly empty almost pointless to have. This place needs some serious management restructuring and training.
