Been coming off and on to the Parklane since 2015, it’s aged but staff is still great. Some we have known since our first visit. Buffet is okay for breakfast, but I caught a case of food poisoning one night from either the salad or the desert and never ventured back for another except breakfast. The Bean coffee shop is good, kind of pricey but worth it. Lots of shopping and dining close so it’s a good value location.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. While the hotel itself feels a bit old, it actually adds to its charm and overall appeal. The location is excellent, very convenient since it’s close to a mall and many restaurants. The staff were kind and accommodating; however, there was some miscommunication regarding the room inclusions. Based on an email we received, we expected a complimentary massage, but when we inquired about it, we were told that online bookings do not include this benefit. It would be helpful if the hotel could update and better coordinate with their online team to avoid confusion in the future. Lastly, the view from the room was lovely.

The hotel is not as good as it was before. When we asked for hand towel and wash cloth, the front desk told us that they ran out of towel 😂 The shower head has rust on it and the water is splashing everywhere. The towel on the floor is dirty.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amazing and the facilities are perfect. Great location and veey close to food and tons of shopping. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. We will definitely stay here again and without hesitation we recommend this place. Staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating.
