Charging someone 21 dollars for a breakfast that would be free at a lesser establishment is criminal. The menu in general is just limited. pool and hot tub were nice, dining facility was pleasant and we and the kids had excellent meals and good service by Tete.

Upon check-in we were told the hotel was overbooked and the front desk tried to persuade us to cancel our stay that we had paid months in advance for. We were then told that we would be given a smaller room than what we had reserved and paid for. All of this because we simply booked through a third party. For our inconvenience, we only received complimentary breakfast for one morning of our stay... Not a fun way to start your stay and absolutely not a way to treat guests, especially those who secured their stay months prior. Cleanliness was average, maintenance is needed a few places throughout the hotel, valet parking is very limited, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast was good, location was great.
