This place was horrible! I booked through hotels.com paid on here but when I got to the hotel the lady told me I had to pay a 50.00 deposit per day which the room per night wasn’t even 50.00 so I paid. We went to login to the WiFi and didn’t have a password so I went to front desk to ask the lady what it was she rambled it off really fast and I had to have her repeat it again by the way she was rude from the get go after having her repeat it another lady (Really nice one) gave me a piece of paper with it printed on there why I wasn’t give this at check in was beyond me. We went back to the room and we just did not feel safe so we left we will never go back. I booked it for 4 nights and didn’t even make it hours. The pictures on here are not what we got. I got my deposit back I didn’t even try to get my money back I just didn’t even care after the rudeness I was just done

All of the staff was wonderful. What I did not like is the general care of the property inside and out. Outside, lots of trash. Absolutely no attention to landscaping. Garbage instead. Inside the room, painters tape held the moldy and dirty vinyl edging in place. There were lots of outlets but less than half worked. The tub takes forever to drain which makes for a uncomfortable, icky shower. The ceiling tiles especially in the bathroom are moldy. Many dents and scratches in most of the walls. The wooden walkway to the beach is falling apart. Very scary to walk on. The windows are absolutely filthy inside and out. If it wasn't so beautiful being right on the beach I would've considered leaving.

Room was clean, however the bathroom look due for a renovation, and the water pressure was very low, and the "hot" was cold and vice versa. Staff were ok, nothing felt above and beyond, they did their job which was good. The pool looked nice, but I did not go in.

Older motel that is very clean and is currently being remodeled. We were skeptical when we booked but it was well worth it and clean and only will be getting better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest I have met in PCB (and I have been going for over 40 years). Very pleased with the property and look forward to going back.

This place was super natsy.They said they were recently renovated,i cant tell.We had sand in all our beds.Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom with water marks and what looked like mold.We were on the 3rd floor,there was no way to lock the balcony,our kids are older so it wasn't too much of a concern but if you have small kids just pass on this one..also the day before we checked in i received a notice that the elevator was broken.It never got fixed and there was no other way to reach other floors,so if you are wheelchair or scooter dependent this is not for you.we never seen housekeeping,we constantly had to go to the front desk for things we needed.Why because they never answered the phone...they seemed to have a problem with asking for clean towels and washcloth which is the only thing we asked for.But it was always a problem..Also*** They charged me an extra $170 and plus resort fee,i knew about the resort fee but not the extra night,it was refunded to me but it was an unexpected $200plus dollars that took away from the budget.and EXPEDIA QUOTED ME $117 PER NIGHT ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE THE WEEK WE STAYED WAS $63 PER NIGHT.I will never ever stay here again.

Upon entrance to check in we were informed that the elevator did not work and it would be several weeks before it can be fixed, we could deal witn that no problem but as we got to our room in the second floor we noticed the dirty surroundings how unkempt the place looked. The elevator was out and they had our room in the 4th floor…We have a toddler and an infant so this wasn’t ideal. They found a room in the building that had a working elevator but it wasn’t the layout we booked. The room was fine but the ac was only in one room. One room was nice and cool while the other one was hot. The beach view was beautiful and access to the beach was super easy! The rooms were a little run down but fairly clean.

Parking lot small, extra parking across street.Working on elevator. Ac was holding water you could hear it but still worked. Walkout on patio to ramp beautiful views. The only thing about having walkout, there is a sliding glass door to patio that you can not lock when leaving to beach area from outside. You have to either lock inside and walk around or have one outside waiting on patio and other inside to lock door and walk around. Hate that. If you are going to have a walkout it should be where you can walkout and lock the door as well. So frustrating to know and had to walk around. Kitchen was nice, beds too hard for me but that's just my opinion, Bathroom was clean. PUT LOCKS ON WALKOUT to beach doors. Staff was nice but also messed up deposit n resort fees. Got over charged deposit and couldn't give money back since it was in pending until after checkout so it took some of our trip funds as it was our daughters wedding weekend on budget. Get home next day went out of pending, three days later they charged us the resort fee $14.98 per night supposedly only stay 3 nights but got charged more.Will be calling. But overall is was nice area end of building directly in front of gazebo and entrance to beach ramp.
Our view from a sliding glass door that would not and does not lock from outside if you wanted to leave to beach that way. Who wants to leave their personal belongings for anyone to go in and steal! Cant trust anyone. Had to walk around.
