Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was overall very good. The hotel is clean, the beach is beautiful, and the food quality was great. Service was friendly, although in the restaurants it sometimes felt a bit slow, likely due to being short-staffed at times. The atmosphere is very quiet, which is perfect if you’re looking for total relaxation, but it can feel a little boring if you want more activities or entertainment. Overall, a lovely resort for couples who want peace, good food, and a relaxing beach experience.

Good place to do nothing. We ate, drank, tanned, and slept extremely well. The staff did all they could to make the most of our trip. Had a great time and left well rested. Travel to Mexico is down 40% according to one guest. It showed as Beloved seemed under utilized. Restaurant openings and menus were slim as a result. We did not leave the safety of the resort either.

We have stayed here before, since our last stay they have added beds on the beach which are nice along with the coffee shop that has ice cream and other treats. The food was not as good as last time we stayed here. They don’t offer a simple green salad with dinner and all the food was very fancy. Not everyone who stays in a nice resort appreciates fancy food. Giving some more simple options at dinner would be nice so all palettes can be satisfied.

The resort is beautiful and the staff/service is amazing. Every single person that we encountered went above & beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a quiet/relaxing vacation; everything is pretty much shut down by 10pm. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Axcel & Cynthia provided a variety of activities throughout the day (yoga, crafts, sip & paint, music in the evenings, etc). Luis took great care of us at the beach; he made sure we never had an empty drink. Pascal made great drinks in the lobby bar and was very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it!

This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I normally travel weekly out of the country. They had bedbugs in the bed. The workers were very rude and scammed us out of our money. The shower are not clean at all. They were full of sand from the previous people that were in the room like it was a beach inside the shower. The tub water came out black or green. They definitely have a plumbing problem because the toilet also didn’t work and they did not do anything for the inconvenience. I give this place -5 star needs to go under new ownership or management. Please be aware and don’t book any activities because 100%. They are going to scam me out of your money. We booked a trip to Xcaret and they dropped us off somewhere else. They also need to get a food quality check because their food gave us food poisoning. And it’s disgusting PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS RESORT DONT RECOMMEND
