We stayed one night as we had a transfer overnight during overseas travel. We had a disappointing experience with the hotel’s airport shuttle (the reason we chose this hotel). I was told to call when we were at baggage claim, so I did, but they said we had to be curbside. So I called again when we were curbside and they said they were sending someone now. After 40 minutes had passed with us standing outside, we back called for an update and they said the driver hadn’t left yet but was leaving now. We ended up waiting at the curb for an hour, which after a day of travel is pretty unpleasant. The dishonesty about the driver’s departure was quite disappointing. We expressed our dissatisfaction upon arrival and they did nothing for us, barely offered an apology. Even a small gesture like a drink ticket would have gone a long way, but we ended up feeling completely disregarded. The shuttle to the airport was fine, as it runs on a schedule. But be aware of the inconsistency of the pickup shuttle. Overall the hotel was fine, average, but with this experience and the lacking customer service afterwards we wouldn’t stay again.
