I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom had visible mold in the caulking around the tub, which was unacceptable. The tub faucet would not fully shut off, so water was constantly running. The TV was also broken, with a cracked screen and an image that kept freezing, making it impossible to watch. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the room. There was dirt in the desk chair, under the desk, under the edge of the bed, and in multiple places where the vacuum clearly hadn’t reached. It gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. On top of that, the receptionist seemed inconvenienced by my checking in, which was not a welcoming experience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and poor service made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.
