We stayed here during an extremely busy weekend because of a large wrestling tournament, and I have to say the staff did an amazing job handling the crowds. Even with the hotel completely full, check-in and check-out were smooth, organized, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel was well maintained considering how much traffic it was getting. You can really tell the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly under pressure. A few areas could use improvement: the rooms could be bigger, the bathrooms definitely need ventilation vents, the hotel could benefit from some updates to its design and amenities, and running out of clean towels at one point was a bit of an inconvenience. That said, given how busy the hotel was, the experience was still very good. The service and effort from the staff really stood out, and I would stay here again.
