For the cost per night reasonable for a previous property with the Holiday Inn brand. Best rate in area if you are looking for a no frills hotel. Overall acceptable .

Practically everything was in poor repair. Halls are very long, and exterior doors are locked except for the main entrance so you can't park around the side. Faucet as missing an aerator so water gushed out like it was a bathtub. Pillows were terrible. Luggage cart was on its last legs. I could go on. I was glad I only booked one night.

This hotel appears to be in the middle of a renovation (9/26/25). Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and outside need work. Very few amenities.

Room was clean, staff was super friendly and kind, heat in the room was excellent, parking was ample. For the price all is as expected. Hotel is as run down as you can expect and leaves a feeling that it’s an empty shell of maybe what it once was. There is one housekeeper and so service is only by request. There was a steak house on site once upon a time, has been closed for years. Indoor pool is closed and probably has been for many years. It’s very clear that there is a need for some love and updates throughout I.e carpeting, wallpaper, paint, etc etc etc. The room has the bare essentials, furniture was run down but simple. That being said, for the price can’t complain, can’t find anything cheaper in the area. It’s all in a convenient location depending what you are in town for.

Room Itself was clean. Building itself is just pretty gross, ran down and smells. I have a weak stomach and was struggling on the second floor specifically. Not to the fault of the hotel but even the non smoking rooms just couldnt get away from the cigarette smell. Check in/check out was easy. Parking was good. Heat worked well. Bed wasnt good.
