Exceptionally friendly service at the check in desk…we were permitted to get our room before 3 PM! An 8AM cardiology appointment for one and an overnight sleep lab study for the other made for a long day for us. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: Eggs, sausage, ham, yogurt, fresh fruits & juices, and much more.

We have been Up and down the eastern sea board for over 50 years. Always stop here. The staff go beyond their job to help, the breakfast is one of the best and I feel very safe in the area.

I come down to Bangor twice a month. This was a clean hotel with very dated furniture. The bed was firm and comfortable. I like a large television and that’s what they have. Amenities are something that is a problem everywhere unless you’re at a 4 or 5 star hotel. My number one pet peeve is when there’s no water but tiny 16 ounce bottles for a premium $3-$10 depending on the hotel. I now stop off at a grocery store buy a gallon for every place I stay. Apparently, water is no longer a standard amenity. The other amenity that stood out MIA was a small pad and pen to leave a note thanking housekeeping. I still put my tip in the envelope provided. I have a rule of thumb that any hotel that costs more than $100 per night should include two standard 16 oz bottles of water and a pen and paper. My pet peeves are no longer amenities in many hotels. Everything you read in reviews about a great breakfast is true. That’s absolutely a value and a feature here. See you soon!
