One staff member was not very friendly and made rude comments. Room looked like it was being updated, but still need some additional work. The beds were very comfy and the TV worked well. But the couch was sunken in and hard to sit on, the bathroom door was dirty and had rusted hinges, the walls in the tub had something weird on them, there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen, the plumbing was leaking, and the fridge needed to be cleaned. Also the free breakfast only consisted of cereal, bagels, toast and a pancake machine, no protein options. Half the juices in the machine were out and there was coffee and hot water, but no tea bags.
