Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Staff text messaging to patrons a big plus! Room 305 was clean but had several maintenance or neglected items. Mini Fridge freezer was a complete block of ice - unusable, TV remote most buttons were not working and programmed channels were not correct (Fox was Accuweather - no Fox available), Room phone was not working, Bathroom floor tiles in from of toilet loose, sink hot water handle parts missing, toilet paper holder loose and toilet seat loose. As we were a relatively late arrival and only stayed one night, these items were reported via text message and hopefully have been repaired/resolved as they are not up to Hampton standards.
