Our room felt a bit dated and small on first impressions. However it was cosy, warm and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was really friendly and the breakfast was good.

A peaceful and relaxing stay

We stayed in the suite and it was so beautiful we booked for an hour there night. Friendly and helpful staff and our room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was okay, but would've like to have seen a selection of mini cakes/biscuits and fresh fruits to the selection, just to give more of a variety and also some fresh juice in addition to the cordial, tea and coffee on offer. However an enjoyable and pleasant stay and would love to return.

Will stay here again. perfect stay

I stayed here with friends but travelled alone. This hotel was comfortable and clean and just what i needed. They've owners were fantastic hosts, made us all feel really welcome and we all had an amazing Turkish meal in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was great too. set us up for the day as we were all attending an event at a local pool venue. I would stay here again should i need a hotel in the mansfield area. Thank you to The Pines for a lovely welcoming stay and fantastic food.

The hotel was clean although a bit dated. Breakfast was a fry up or not. There was a cereal option and toast. Would have been nice to have some fruit but hey ho it was ok. The bar was a bit hit and miss. I think they are missing a trick by not developing that side of things. I would stay there again

This "hotel" was nothing like it is advertised on your website. It was more like a bed and breakfast or boarding house. We were given a room with a double instead of a twin the television didnt work. Paper peeling off the ceiling and no info about the hotel or facilities in the room. And ir smelled awful. We left and did not stay even one night and we had booked two nights.

We had a really lovely night here. We came up to stay for a sports competition. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and made a special effort for us to have an early breakfast. The rooms were fine and clean. The rooms are basic but it's a good price for it. Beds were comfy. We ate in the restaurant, and the food and service was fabulous! Would happily stay again if I was in the area.
