Fantastic Condo!! Loved our stay...

We had a wonderful stay. The Condo is perfectly appointed and close to town. The beach club was fantastic! We had breakfast here every day and enjoyed drinks at the pool. I highly recommend staying here.

The villa was wonderful!! It was quite modern with many amenities, including everything needed to cook in the kitchen, plenty of towels for the private pool & bathing, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, washer/dryer, and more. It was close to town & the beach but still felt like you were surrounded by nature. We walked to the beach, restaurants & shopping almost everyday. The owners were very nice and quick to help with anything we needed or wanted. Loved having bracelets as our “key” to get in, they were much easier to keep track of then cards. I would absolutely stay again if I go back to the area :)

I would definitely recommend this property. It is so nice, clean and modern. The property owner is very onhand with anything needed. She gets right back to you and suggest so many things to do, eat and enjoy. I will be rebooking again and I can't wait!!!

This Villa is everything pictured and more. We were on a mother daughter trip and felt very safe in the Villa and the area around it. The place itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and huge. We had more space than needed. The plunge pool was an awesome amenity, the girls loved it after a hot long day exploring. The staff was easy to get a hold of and helped with anything we needed. We did visit the beach club once and it was OK, it was nice on our last day to just chill. I left something very valuable in the room and within hours after checkout I received notice it was left and had it back in my hands within the week. So much appreciated, I had no idea it was left behind. I would choose this place again and again.

This villa is new property development. It is in a good location walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. The villa was exactly as described. Very confortable. The beds are great. It would be nice to have a TV in the living area .

My family and I stayed in the villa for four wonderful nights before Christmas. We are a family of five and initially booked two villas, thinking we wouldn't all fit in one. Upon arrival, we saw how spacious the rooms were and noticed that each villa had three large beds, so we decided to stay together in one villa. The owners were fair and agreed to rent out the extra villa we had booked, refunding us for the days they managed to rent it out. The villa is located in a quiet area of Tamarindo, up on a hill, but within a short walking distance of the main street, restaurants, and attractions. Communication with the villa management was very efficient (via WhatsApp). There is plenty of parking, as well as a game area the kids loved, with a ping pong table, other outdoor games, a hot tub, and lounge chairs. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Only leaving a comment because my experience with Maitri was exceptional. Hosts were on top of things in terms of answering questions and providing extra gears and amenities that we forgot to pack or didn't think we needed. Hosts brought over boogie boards for our children and even walked us over to the beach club house (complimentary for guests) on our first day. We asked the Seven, the concierge to arrange a golf cart for us, and she had it ready to go the next day.

Thank you for hosting us at your villa. The property is modern, spacious, and situated in a prime location with access to excellent amenities, which we really appreciated. However, there were some areas that need attention, such as the lack of cleaning supplies, expired dishwashing soap, and unpleasant odors in certain spots, particularly around the pool. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the experience for future guests. Despite these challenges, we enjoyed our time at the villa, especially the access to the beach club, which was a highlight for us. Thank you for the experience, and I hope our feedback helps in making necessary improvements.

Beautiful property! This villa was my dream home. I didn’t want to leave, unfortunately I only had one night booked but I’ll definitely be back! Everything was very clean, safe feeling - gate & code access, the owners were very welcoming and helpful You also get access to the beach club which I loved. I had breakfast there the next morning after checking out…food was great, drinks were great and the staff was great there too. Location was just close enough that you can walk to the city centre but far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise and business of Tamarindo. As a solo female traveller I decided to drive at night however to the nearby restaurants (only took a few min) Highly recommend! I will be booking my stay here again the next time I’m in Tamarindo. Can’t wait to come back! :) pura vida Oh, they also have a mama cat and two adorable kittens they rescued on the property which overall gave the place an even more wholesome and homey feel. enjoy your stay!

This property is nice and spacious to be fair. The little “pool” is nice to have but if you have little kids, make sure you watch them at all times, it is pretty deep.(over 5ft)) The area is quiet and safe to walk around a grocery store is near by. Having a washer and drier is a big plus. Although the drier ripped the strings of anything that had stings on like shorts, pants or sweatpants. They would get stuck in something and would end up pulled off. I tried different things but it just didn’t work. Big issues with AC in the kitchen area and in the master bedroom. It would go off every 10-15 minutes. We slept in 76 degrees the first night. And we’re not happy at all. The worked on it the second day and it seemed fine but the fact that the control the temperature remotely was a pain. Everyone we came back from somewhere it was off and it was warm and we had to start over and wait for home to cool off. That part really sucked. They would do house keeping every other day. That was nice People that worked there were very nice to. Very hard to get a hold of owner/management though, only through emails or WhatsApp and the responses were not prompt most of the time. I had to get with Expedia and they couldn’t even get a hold of owners at one time. Overall I have it a 3 starts because I did not hate the place. It was a nice place but just too many small issues to deal with. I can’t really recommend it to others.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The space itself is beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed. However, the kitchen items weren’t very clean when we arrived, so we ended up washing everything before using it. It would also be nice if an ice tray were available for drinks. Also, lots of tiny ants and even some in the sugar! The waterfall feature by the pool wasn’t working initially, but communication was great. The host were quick to respond when we messaged them. The upstairs area, especially near the stairs and bathroom, got quite warm and took some time to cool down. One of the king bedrooms had a bit of a sewage smell, so we left the door open to air it out, though the second bedroom with two beds didn’t have this issue. The shared amenities were excellent: ping pong, cornhole, a sauna/ice bath setup, and plenty of lounging space made it easy to relax. The property’s location is also a big plus, just a short walk to everything we needed.
