Water park was fun, staff very friendly. But.
Some points of feedback:
1. Check-in was unnecessarily hard. Waited over 10 minutes at Kiosk, turns out since we booked on Hotels.com, we have to talk to a human. Another 30 minutes wasted on top of the 10 to check-in.
2. Slippery: around the water park area, floor was slip resistance - however, the bathrooms near the park were very slippery - crocks won't save you. You've been warned.
3. No napkins: this place has an issue with napkins-at the buffet, napkins are very hard to get-so hundreds of people are handling the same utensils you use you pour food in your plate
4. Food: fireside grill was great, but, all the other food outlets tastes bad, including the buffet, and overpriced
5. Reservation number: many QR codes we scanned asked for our "reservation number" - but since we booked on Hotels.com, we were never given the internal reservation number. Inconvenient.
