Wonderful stay and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The location was great, just 6 mins walks to My Khe beach, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of selection, all the food were fresh and good, we enjoyed it much every morning! The roof top swimming pool was nice, and we appreciated the afternoon tea. We would stay here again next time!

Great location, loads of dining options. Staff were very accommodating in supplying us with a king bed when I accidentally booked for 2 x singled. Only minor negative was the door to the balcony was difficult to open. Breakfast was ok, but there are also plenty of cheap options for breakfast nearby.

The perfect stay

My stay was simply perfect. I was picked up from the airport, the driver was friendly and the car was nice. I ordered roomservice my first day, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was good and the service throughout the whole stay was very good. Had an issue in the bathroom, my last day which the crew resolved straight away with no problems. The room was big and nice, I got a bed upgrade as well. Next time I visit Da Nang, I will definitely stay at the Golden Lotus Grand.

Just perfect

We had a great stay and got the best service and assistance/guidance our entire stay. New hotel, big room, good and comfortable bed. Staff are polite and ready to help. Breakfast buffet is great. It has variety of food for everybody. A lot of tour group guests. Swimming pool on the rooftop has a wonderful view and good range for swimming. Everything was fine until guest from the room next door came back in the evening and started having fun night talk with their friends and got in-out through the balcony door until midnight. Too bad for a new building that the wall doesn't keep noise away at all. It may be because of full glass windows on the balcony side.
