Very unique room view from the balcony was exceptional right on the canals only negative thing the only way to get there is to walk 30-40 minutes with your suitcase up and down bridges on Cobblestone roads or take a very expensive water taxi we opted for the very expensive water taxi Venice is a beautiful city to visit once in a lifetime experience experienced once for a lifetime

Værelset var pænt og rent, vi havde en fin udsigt over kanal og et lille torv. Der er ingen reception, men personalet er nemme at komme i kontakt med via Whatsapp og var super hjælpsomme. Eneste minus ved vores værelse var, at det rengøringsmiddel, der blev brugt var MEGET parfumeret i en grad så vi faktisk fandt det generende.

There is no staff here, kind of remote, check-in and check out! It was actually kind of fun to be on our own and not have to worry about anyone. We literally didn’t see another guest in the other four rooms the whole time we were there.

We stayed in the top floor room which is as pictured. It was nice to have the balcony overlooking the canal, refrigerator and electric kettle. It is up 3 flights of stairs. The shower was fine though a small stall if you are a bigger person. Communication before arrival on Whatsapp was informative and responses were helpful and timely. Our room was ready when we arrived so we did not have to go the other property to store luggage. No reception onsite. It is about a 15 in walk from train station. Access to building and room was with codes. only drawback was the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise this is a lovely place to stay.

Great location in Venice

We were very happy with our choice in this hotel! Spent four nights there. Definitely recommend. However, the only issue with this place is that you have to go to another hotel that is over 600 metres away to go check in and get your codes for the entry and room which could by easily done electronically.

We were in a fantastic spot and the hotel to check in is only 5-10 minute walk away. The water taxi from the airport took us right up to the hotel on the canal. The staff were honestly so lovely and helped us in every way. The Fosca rooms were clean and we honestly enjoyed our stay so much - I think the only thing it could do with are some shelves in the bathroom. I would really recommend staying here.

Great location. But we had three adults and the pull out bed was terrible. Our third person couldn't sleep in it. No sheets either. And we had two instant coffee packets for two nights. Other than that it was a great location.

The room was lovely, clean, big, modern, with a nice view of the canal and nearby Chiesa. It's in a perfect location, just off the main walking path through Venice so it's always easy to find, but also in the beautiful Cannaregio area, with great restaurants and shops nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft, alles gut gut Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten die wunderschöne Suite im Dachgeschoss mit fantastischem Blick auf den Kanal vom Balkon aus. Kommunikation ist optimal. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.
