The view, room and staff we ran into was amazing. My two suggestions would be to offer the ability to pay in full because the method I had to use to pay the 2nd part charged me a bit more. The second would be to leave a map of the grounds and what is all around us. We did walk a little but since we didn’t talk to anyone where a little hesitant to find out what all was on location.

This place doesn’t have an office to check in everything is through WhatsApp, that wasn’t a problem. Héctor (worker) was very nice and polite, he walked us to our room, explained all amenities in detail. We stayed at Don Enrique which was clean with excellent views. I added a package with Charcuterie board, rose petals and wine bottle to my stay and we loved it! The pool was nice and clean. There’s a restaurant with good food next to this location, walking distance! Overall it was a great experience.
