Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order

Very disappointing

Accomodation was a bit dated and outside areas need a bit of tlc, the public areas generally were clean and modern. The restaurant felt more like a canteen and definately needs sone tlc. The quality of food was not good, we were on all inclusive but ate out every night except for two.
