Très bon accueil, chambre familiale avec 2 enfants spacieuse, propre, d’un état général convenable. Excellent accueil au restaurant très sympa avec les enfants nous avons apprécié. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hôtel à l’occasion d’un nouveau séjour.

Rooms are OK. Not much in the way of coffee/ tea/ milk. No Air con and broken fan in the room however did move us to a different room where fan worked so not bad. A little out of the way so not really walkable to the centre of the city and attractions however very close to metro and easy to get metro to anywhere. Close to eateries and shops

Pratique pour les soirs de concert

Impeccable pour rester à Paris après un concert à la Philarmonie, juste voisine, même si rien d'exceptionnel. Petite surprise en cette période de canicule : on nous annonce, une fois l'enregistrement fait, qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Je comprends cela (soucis techniques peut-être ou préoccupations écologiques...) mais j'estime que la moindre des choses serait d'envoyer un mail aux clients avant leur arrivée, afin qu'ils puissent anticiper cette situation, et éventuellement modifier leur réservation. Notre nuitée s'est malgré tout bien passée avec le petit ventilateur mis à disposition (vieillot, basique, un peu bruyant), et avec une très bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner assez copieux et correct, malgré un personnel assez pressé (mon assiette encore à moitié pleine a été débarrassée par un serveur durant les 3 mn où je patientais à la machine à café !...). Néanmoins, un hôtel qui fait bien son office et à prix correct.

Des étoiles à retirer

Nettoyage de la chambre mal fait, pas de pression d’eau au niveau de douche, poussière apparente sur les aérations de ventilation… et la Clim qui ne fonctionne pas dans tout l’hôtel depuis des mois… nous avons été obligés de demander une climatisation portative en ce week-end de canicule. La salle de sport non utilisable car non alimentée en électricité. En résumé, 2 des 4 étoiles sont de trop… décevant. Mercure n’est vraiment plus ce que c’était.
