Staff were amazing. A couple of times housekeeping missed our room but the front desk were always on hand to help in the best way they could - including moving us rooms when ours was really noisy (just unlucky being above a bar) I would highly recommend Glow - for staff, service and a modern hotel, great location and with all you need (I wanted a gym, they had it :) Thanks for an amazing stay Glow team.

Great location and hotel

This is a great budget hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities. It's also in a great location with easy access to several beach communities on the west side of Phuket. I did find a piece of hair on the bathroom counter, and there was a gurgling sound and sewage smell that came from the toilet one night (but it dissipated fairly quickly)--pretty minor issues overall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Have Halo Rooftop Bar excellent spot on the top floor can see great views, great sunset. Fresh air. Friendly bartender great cocktails and friendly staffs. Amazing hotel that’s newly opened, staff were so friendly and made my stay wonderful. The manager greated me on arrival and departure and genuinely cared about me and the other guests and making sure they had a Glowing day. Pool area is beautiful and they even have a gym to use too. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back again.

This is a newer hotel with bright clean spaces. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room which had two rooms and was spacious. It had a closet, but lacked drawers for storing clothes or suitcases. The hotel was within easy, walking distance of both the beach, and the main walking strip that was located in the quiet area. The price was reasonable.
