Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Hotels in a good location. Shower wouldnt sufficiently drain, not not great. Breakfast is more of a 3* and needs updating. Chairs at breakfast / in the restaurant are poor, service and quality of food not great there. Upon booking, they lost our reservation details. No appologies were provided, let alone anything else for the confusion and stress

Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
