Reception staff where friendly, room was a good size. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it.

The stay in these apartments where absolutely amazing, comfy bed spacious apartment and the extras of ping pong tables and crazy golf. Staff are so helpful to. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Walking distance to all amenities

Room is average nowhere near as nice as photos. I did not enjoy my stay here I have to be honest . Reception quite rude and unhelpful, arrived at 12pm with my 3 young kids and was told my room will not be ready until 4pm . He said that he would make sure they clean my room asap so we can check in. Which of course did not happen . At 4 pm I was told my room was still not ready and I would have to wait by the pool with my kids after getting off a 4 hour flight . Only when I said I’m Going to leave and go somewhere else and I will contact my credit card provider my room was suddenly ready.. but it wasn’t every 10 minutes someone would knock the door returning dishes and towels and cups toilet roll . Felt the opposite of a fancy hotel . The only person I would recommend this place to is my ex girlfriend

Personnel agreable. L appartement est confortable et la propreté convenable. Le Lave linge dans l appart qui est un plus. Neanmoins Piscine froide (24-25°C). Peu de place sans la rue pour se garer. Obliger de tourner et se garer loin si on ne prend pas l option de parking payante. Peu d ustensile et d assiettes dans la cuisine. Le menage n'a ete fait une seule fois pendant le sejour. On entend les voisins qui deplacent leurs meubles... Nous avions l appart situe juste derriere le restaurant avec l aeration qui souflait des odeurs de frites au moment du petit déjeuner. Le mini golf etait fermé jusqu a l avant dernier jour de notre depart.... . Le petit dejeuner proposé est cher et aurait pu etre compris vu le prix payé (elevé)... reservation de derniere minute. je pense qu il y a mieux en raport qualite prix...

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön und die Apartments gut augestattet. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig (fleckige Zierkissen auf dem Bett) & die Toilette war leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Dem Apartment fehlt eine Instandhaltung, die Bad-Armatur war locker und Abdeckungen hingen runter. Insgesamt in der Preislage eher enttäuschend.
