Self check in but worked ok. Room was cramped due to the sink being in the main room. Toilet and shower were in seperate cubicles rather than amalgamating all 3 in one bathroom. The sink took up a lot of bench space you would normally put things on.

Clean hotel and good location to JR Hakata City. Would like to recommend that hotel consider providing a rack for luggage in the room. We had to put our luggage on the floor to open it. Two more hooks for hanging clothes on hangers please.

It's very inconvenient that this hotel does not offer luggage delivery service (they can RECEIVE but not send). We had to take our luggages to two different convenient stores to send to our next hotel, as the first one did not have room for luggages. No kettle in the room, needs to use water machine by lobby, which the floor is always wet. No luggage stand. I do like that the sink, shower, and toilet are separated.
