I stayed one night at the TRYP Hotel in Mayagüez. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with several positive aspects, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The access to the room was convenient, and the hotel offers several services that are a plus, such as parking and a snack bar at the entrance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. The bathroom amenities were also good quality. On the downside, the pillows were too high and uncomfortable. There were visible signs of humidity and areas that seemed to lack proper maintenance. Additionally, the TV in the room felt too large for the size of the space and the distance from the bed. The brightness could not be adjusted, making it almost impossible to watch comfortably. With some attention to maintenance and room comfort details, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
