Im very pissed i tried contacting someone the night i checked in and never got a response i wasn't happy in not happy first of all when i get there they informed me there was a$150 deposit on the room and with it being close to the holidays they weren't sure how long it would take for the deposit to go back on my card after the stay and i got charged$250 for the room instead of$191 like i was quoted and the whole reason i booked a room there was so my daughter's could go swimming it was her birthday and the pool wasn't even open well it was but they closed at 6pm and didn't reopen until the next day at 10am check in isn't until 4pm and check out is 11am that is insane if I would've known that i would've stayed down the street at the hotel with an indoor pool open until 11pm and reopen at 8am which was$100 cheaper. To say I'm mad is an under statement first of all I'm going to write a bad review for false advertisement for getting over charged for the room and not being told about the deposit and the pool hours it says nothing about the pool but being open ever. Someone from management needs to contact me immediately.
