Worst experience ever. I accidentally booked the “non-refundable” option and within 5 minutes I tried to cancel to rebook as refundable. It took over 45 minutes to get ahold of someone at the hotel to plead my case but they told me no. They must really need the money because the place was a dump. The pool was shut down by the health inspector. The common areas felt trashy and cluttered. They have no staff on weekends at the front desk. I tried self-checking in anyway and although I was showing as booked, the keys couldn’t be issued through the kiosk. Nobody answers the unmanned phone line. Good thing a guy “with IT” was there to weirdly get me a key. The room had bugs flying around in it, which the pest control truck parked out front should’ve been a tip off of that. The sink was backed up the entire time and the toilet and shower made gurgling noises when not in use. At one point I woke up and there was toilet water all over and the sewer backed up through the shower. Late at night and visually impaired, I walked through human waste. There was nobody to call so I left. I should’ve booked at a more reputable hotel.
