Hotel is older. Needs some care. Inside was clean. My room was updated and had a comfortable king bed. AC worked great. Half the price of other hotels in the area. Just right for a work trip.

The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. However, the hotel grounds were terrible. I chose this hotel somewhat based on the pictures that were advertised but those pictures were very misleading. The parking lot needs a complete re-do, there is no landscaping, and walking around the hotel was sketchy - I didn’t feel safe walking down to the river by myself. The hotel billboard did not light up at night, and there were still Christmas decorations in the lobby. There is little care in the appearance of this hotel.

The staff did not seem super attentive, but the room was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be some construction happening so there was some clutter. Breakfast the first day there was no coffee, and no staff at the desk to inform about it. By the time we left for the day the coffee had been refilled so we were able to make a cup to go. Overall not bad for the value.

Very interesting place to stay, loved the room and service but not kept up well. The pool was shut down and the grass was a little overgrown. The building looked like it was falling apart but it did its job for the night.

The bed was comfy. Carpet was ripped. Toilet seat had missing paint on it. TV remote didn't work. Heater/air conditioner made noise all night even tho it was turned off. Was never told by staff about a breakfast. I seen it as I was checking out. People pay a few dollars more for a better hotel. I should've. Lesson learned.

Everything advertised was inaccurate. It's not river side breakfast was supposed to be included nothing was available except cereal with expired milk. There were no staff to ask for help. 10/10 do not recommend. The pool is drained and closed. The restaurant bar closed with water all over the floors holes in guest room wall. I requested a refund and will not rest well until the money is back in my account... Unexceptable

The property seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Broken tiles in the entry, no thermostats to control the room temp which they finally removed the cover so we could turn it off. The hall carpets were dirty however the room, bedding and sheets and bathroom were very clean. I could recommend this hotel.
